Nasi Ulam

Bahan A (Ulam)
50gm bayam
50gm ikan bilis yang dibuang tulang
1 cawan air

Bahan B (Sambal)
2cm kunyit
2cm halia
1 ulas bawang merah
1 ulas bawang putih
Sedikit lada hitam
Secubit garam

Cara-cara Membuatnya:-
  • Didihkan air dan celur Bahan A. Toskan.
  • Didihkan air dan celurkan Bahan B selama 5 minit. Toskan dan tumbuk semua bahan tadi.
  • Tanak nasi sehingga masak. Hidangkan nasi bersama sambal dan ulam-ulaman.

**Nasi Ulam ni selalunya disajikan kepada org yg dalam pantang. Mungkin dh boring dgn menu pantang yg ada, korg boleh try yg ni. :)
