Slurpee / Smoothie Receipe

Viewed email lama-lama and found this interesting receipe.

Half a cup of frozen fruits
One cup juice or milk or whipping cream or yogurt (or unflavoured vitagen).
Gula secukup rasa
Masukkan dalam blender, blend sampai smooth.
Pour in a glass and enjoy! :D

The frozen fruits, samada cari kat frozen fruit section, ataupun beli yang fresh dan masukkan dalam freezer sampai keras. I think kat Malaysia banyak choice, boleh experiment dengan mangoes, rambutan, laici, papaya, lokam and other buah-buahan tempatan. Where I am, usually get the frozen berries dari the freezer section of the supermarket, and they are kinda mahal so I letak sikit aje and tambah gula.. heh heh (kedekut punya mak). kalau guna oranges, make sure you buang the seeds and the serat putih2 tu before freezing it.

Banyak mana gula depends on how masam your fruit is and how sweet your taste is. I suggest you rasa your fruit and juice/milk before you tambah gula and agak2 dari situ how much you need..
Apple juice so that tak perlu tambah gula banyak sangat.
You can also use orange juice, especially if your fruit is oranges or grapes or papaya.
Kalau guna juice dapat slurpee.
Kalau guna milk dapat smoothie.
Kalau guna whipping cream, you get this really thick smoothie that's almost like ice cream, which you can freeze sekejap and scoop out and serve as ice cream.
Kalau guna Yoghurt or vitagen, you get a lassi!
Replace the fruits with dates and almonds and you will get this really good energy drink!
